 At Project Link, we are bilingual in English and Spanish and ensure very clear communication between all parties involved. We help people connect with trusted contractors to ensure a streamlined and seamless project. Our involvement can be as minimal as making an introduction, or as expansive as managing the project for both parties. 

We offer our services to all of Colorado and are looking to expand into other states in the near future.

Our Project Management services are for Homeowners - Property Managers - Realtors - Insurance Agents - Residential & Commercial Developers. We handle Planning - Inspections - Bids - and Punch List Closeouts to take the stress off you, ensuring your project is done RIGHT, On Time, and ON BUDGET! 

Our fee is 10-18% of the project cost, depending on complexity and involvement required. Contractors are instructed to include our fee in their bid. There are no hidden fees.

Residential and Commercial projects are our specialty! We can manage your project from Planning - Inspection - Insurance claims - Bid walk through and overview - Budgeting - Completion of project. Projects include: Additions & Updates, Kitchen & Bath, Basement Finishing, Windows, Flooring, Carpeting, Painting, Garage updates, Siding, Stucco, Roofing, Landscaping, Masonry, Concrete, Foundations, Driveway, Fencing, A/C & Heating, HVAC, Plumbing, Welding, Automation, Instrumentation & Electrical, Fire & Water damage.
